8/19/11 Workout Journal

The plan for the day was a 2 mile run, 6 mile bike ride, 2 mile run. Doesn’t sound to bad right? Yeah, except that my stomach was feisty most of the afternoon and my energy level was out of control low. I even drank a cup of NASTY coffee (end of the morning pot in the trailer) at 2 pm hoping it would help. It took everything in me to bust out a 30 minute (mostly walking) interval on the treadmill. Feeling like garbage and clearly not getting a quality workout in, I decided to leave the gym and pick up new insulated water bottles at Sports Authority for my planned morning ride.
