8/9/11 Workout Journal

I’ve been doing a good job working on  getting comfortable in the weight room. I find my biggest problem now isn’t so much the initial act of getting into the area but what to do when the machine or equipment I want to use next isn’t available.

Any one have a perspective to share? Do you have a list (physical or mental) of other ways to work the same muscle, switch up the order of your moves, or something?
