8/7/11 Workout Journal

I got my lovely self out of bed bright and early today (think by 6 am) for an early morning Crosstraining workout.

I started with a 20 minute warm up on the Precor.

Went through the following in 1 minute inervals 2x before switching to abs.

Destroyed it…or maybe it destroyed me.

Please note the sweaty hair and intense confusion shown by those eyebrows!
