I got my lovely self out of bed bright and early today (think by 6 am) for an early morning Crosstraining workout.
I started with a 20 minute warm up on the Precor.
Went through the following in 1 minute inervals 2x before switching to abs.

|Lunge & Curl||8||15||8||20|
|Knees to Elbow||15||15|
|Sprint – 5 rounds/2 rounds|
|Bear Crawl – 5 rounds/2 rounds|
|Side Twist with Ball||4||15||4||15|
|Up Reaching Crunch with Ball||4||15||4||15|
Destroyed it…or maybe it destroyed me.
Please note the sweaty hair and intense confusion shown by those eyebrows!
