Pillow Fight!

When the weather heats up, many Tucsonans pack it up and head to Mt. Lemmon. At an elevation of 9,000+, the weather on Lemmon is usually 20-30 degrees cooler.

Last weekend, I joined those looking for a break and celebrated a friend’s birthday on the mountain.

We spent the weekend playing games, drinking, hiking, eating amazing food, and relaxing in an awesome home. Oh, and partaking in nightly pillow fights 😉

Enjoy these pictures from the weekend!

Looks like a great time! I camped on Mt. Lemmon (I’m 95% sure it was Mt. Lemmon – I have a bad memory) with a bunch of girls a couple of years ago – we had a great time, but got lots of rain! I’d for sure prefer that house over a tent 😉

  2. wow that place looks amazing! That is one of the things that I love about Arizona. When it’s too hot, there is always someplace close by, and when you want some snow, it’s just a drive away! 🙂

Exactly! A weekend trip to Cali, Vegas, or just exploring different parts of the state results in a completely different view and climate.
